Rita Ora’s ‘Multi-Colored’ Outfit?

Rita Ora is currently in New York. She is working on a new line with high fashion brand DKNY(Donna Karen New York).

Here, she is sporting a orange, pastel pink and white coat alongside a cow print rucksack. She completed the look with panty hose, a leather skirt, a crop top and super sheik leather boots.

Is this too much for one outfit or does she pull it off well?

I think she is dressed for a carnival, if that is the case this outfit is perfect. Unfortunately, that is not the case for Rita Ora, so this is definitely a major fashion fail.
