MAN WITH 60KG SCROTUM FINALLY UNDERGOES LIFE-SAVING SURGERY

Abraham - June 28, 2013

UNITED STATES - He went under the knife to remove his deformed 60kg scrotum, hoping that his life would improve thereafter.
What he did not expect was the operation leaving him with a one-inch (2.54cm) penis, the Daily Mail reported.
Initially, Mr Wesley Warren Jr, 48, had been so desperate to get rid of the deformed body part that he considered selling it on eBay to fund the operation.

Mr Warren suffers from scrotal lymphoedema, a condition that causes the scrotum to swell with watery fluid.
The condition - which is more common in South-east Asia and Africa, where it is caused by parasites - made his scrotum swell to about 60kg within two years. Sufferers find urination difficult and a normal sex life impossible.
A team of surgeons offered to carry out the 13-hour operation for free, but the result was far from perfect.
"I know the majority of people are probably expecting me to express extreme happiness and glee that my life has been transformed since the sac has been removed - but it's not as simple as that," he told The Sun.
Referring to his small penis, he said: "What came out of surgery is a nub an inch long and it does not get any larger."Mr Wesley Warren Jr suffered from scrotal lymphoedema, a condition that caused his scrotum to swell with watery fluid. He underwent reconstructive surgery, where surgeons removed the grossly enlarged protective sac of skin and muscles that contained Mr Warren's testicles and penis. Mr Warren says he is grateful to have been cured of the deformity, but feels "disfigured" due to his inch-long penis.
The huge scrotum Mr Warren carried between his legs earned him a place on the Howard Stern Show and Comedy Central and made him a local celebrity in his community.
Before the operation, he said the growth ruled his life, adding: "I could only walk in baby steps - I had to stop every 30 seconds.
"It was just horrible. I couldn't get in and out of a vehicle and even then I fell down on to the pavement and it took four...men to lift me up."
