BlackBerry Z30: Bounce Back Time

Abraham - October 27, 2013

BlackBerry has launched their next flagship phone, BlackBerry Z30 in India. The phone, which was unveiled sometime back, was finally launched last week. Continuing the Z10 tradition, India is one of the first countries to get the BlackBerry Z30.

While BlackBerry faced much flak for erratic pricing of their previous flagship BlackBerry Z10, the Z30 seems to be a well thought out device. Not only is the phone great in terms of specifications but an overall well priced device.

BlackBerry Z30 runs on the latest BlackBerry 10 platform.

BlackBerry Z30 comes with an S-AMOLED 5-inch capacitive screen. The display is not completely HD and definitely not the best out there with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels.

BlackBerry Z30 impresses on the processor front. The phone comes with a dual-core 1.7 GHz Krait processor. The phone supports quad-core graphics.

BlackBerry Z30 comes with just 16 GB internal memory variant. However, there's a memory card slot using which you can expand the memory to an additional 64 GB.

BlackBerry Z30 comes with 2 GB RAM.

BlackBerry Z30 comes with 8 MP rear-end camera and 2 MP front end cam. The phone is capable of shooting videos 1080p@30fps. The camera boasts of nothing new really but the phone impresses on the sound front with Stereo speakers.
