Beyoncé and Jay Z (45) have decided to relocate their family to the West Coast. According to TMZ, they are currently living in a hotel in Beverly Hills and actively looking for a house to buy on the westside of L.A., which includes Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills, and Bel-Air.
According to a source, the move was heavily influenced by the A-list couple’s longtime pal Gwyneth Paltrow.
“Beyonce and Jay Z are making L.A. their permanent home based a lot on the advice of their friends,” the source tells Us Weekly. “The friend that really influenced them to move was Gwyneth Paltrow. Gwyneth was telling Jay and Bey about the quality of life for her kids in L.A. and really swayed Beyonce and Jay to make the move. It’s all for Blue Ivy.”The Carters are no strangers to L.A. They rented a house near Beverly Hills for $200,000/month over the summer.
They also have a residence in New York, which they will presumably keep
TMZ also reports that Blue has already been enrolled in a private school that has a tuition of $15,080 per year.
