In last night's season 10 premiere of Keeping Up with The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian is trying hard for another child.
After a trip to the bathroom, she joins Khloé Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian and nonchalantly drops the home pregnancy test on the table.
The pic above shows Khloe's awesome reaction to thinking North West will be a big sister!
It takes a long time for Kim's sisters to wrap their heads around the fact that they've been duped.
In the end, Kanye West's bride is still very optimistic about bringing another baby into the world--but her sisters are going to have to wait.
