Pastor of Latter Rain Assembly Tunde Bakare has been appointed by President-elect Muhammadu Buhari into the committee that will screen nominees into transition committee.
The transition committee will work with President Goodluck Jonathan ahead of the handover day of May 29, 2015.
Names of those projected to be in the transition committee will be submitted to Bakare and his team for thorough screening, before confirmation and recommendation is made.
Buhari will assume office on May 29 after defeating incumbent president Jonathan in the March 28 presidential election.
