After falling victim to larceny, Usher is fighting to retrieve a stolen sex tape. According to TMZ, the thief is attempting to sell a private recording of the singer and his ex-wife Tameka Foster on the black market.
Back in 2010, Usher’s car was broken into on Lenox Road in Atlanta . According to court documents, the singer was inside of an AT&T store when an unidentified man entered the driver's side of his GMC Yukon. Making off with two laptops, two cameras and one million dollars in jewelry, the thief was described to police as a black man in a Chevy Impala.
Back in 2011, Foster released a statement making it clear she would not agree to have the tape released.
“Would I sanction a sex tape being out? Absolutely not,” she said at the time. “I am a mother and entrepreneur. Sex tapes and pornography would not be my lane. I have no desire to be seen in that way.”
Since the break in, the thief has attempted to cash out on Usher’s sex tape to no avail. The search for a buyer has recently picked up again, with the seller turning to blogs instead of adult film companies.
