Sanusi Faults Alison-Madueke On Missing $20bn, Says Audit Report Proves At Least $18.5bn Lost

Abraham - May 14, 2015

Former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Lamido Sanusi, has reacted to the recent audit report by PricewaterhouseCoopers on the alleged missing $20 billion oil money, saying the report has confirmed in the first instance that at least $18.5 billion was indeed missing.
Mr. Sanusi faulted the petroleum minister, Diezani Alison-Madueke, who said the report had exonerated the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, earlier accused of diverting the money.

In an opinion article published by the Financial Times of London, Mr. Sanusi, who is now the Emir of Kano, said the argument that the outstanding amount was used by the NNPC for apparently unlawful purposes such as kerosene subsidy, does not dismiss the notion that the NNPC illegally withheld billions of oil dollars from the government.

“Contrary to the claims of petroleum minister Diezani Alison-Madueke, the audit report does not exonerate the NNPC. It establishes that the gap between the company’s oil revenues between January 2012 and July 2013 and cash remitted to the government for the same period was $18.5bn,” Mr. Sanusi said.

The former CBN governor said of the $18.5bn in revenues that the state oil company did not send to the government according to PwC,
“about $12.5bn appears by my calculations to have been diverted”.
“And this relates only to a random 19-month period, not the five-year term of Mr Jonathan, the outgoing president,” he wrote.
As CBN governor, Mr. Sanusi had accused the NNPC of failing to pay about $20 billion in oil revenue to the government between 2012 and 2013.
The government denied any money was missing, even before an investigation. Mr. Sanusi was later fired by President Goodluck Jonathan.

On his suspension by the president, Mr. Sanusi said he had made it clear that “you can suspend a man, but you cannot suspend the truth”.

Nigeria Police Have Arrested Another Officer In Videotaped Bribe Scheme[Watch Video]

Abraham - May 13, 2015
The Nigeria police have arrested one of their officers recently videotaped as he harassed a Lagos driver for a bribe, according to an official post on social media on Tuesday.
The police announced on social media that the officer involved in the tape has been arrested, and that the process for his trial had been set in motion.

The officer, who identified himself as “Austin” in an eight-minute video clip, was seen demanding a bribe of N10,000 from a driver after accusing the driver of not presenting insurance papers among his vehicle documents.

After checking through vehicle documents handed over by the driver, the officer entered the car and ordered the driver to follow him to an “investigation room” where he said he would help his victim negotiate a lower fine for not carrying his insurance papers in the car.

The videotaped bribe drama happened at the bustling Computer Village, a popular electronics retail market in Ikeja, the capital city of Lagos State. At the negotiation room, the officer eventually collected N4,000 from the hapless driver after he had searched the driver’s wallet to ensure that he took all the money on his victim.

Abraham - May 13, 2015
Uchenna Nwako, Ejikeme Oluchukwu, Nnamani Ikechukwu, Ibeh kodili Martins and Nwako Victoria Ifeoma

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Monday, May 11, 2015 arraigned Uchenna Nwako, Ejikeme Oluchukwu, Nnamani Ikechukwu, Ibeh kodili Martins and Nwako Victoria Ifeoma before Justice D.V Agishir of the Federal High Court, Enugu, on a 16-count charge bordering on intent to defraud and obtaining N26,338,000 by false pretence.

The five accused persons were picked up by EFCC operatives on February 27, 2013 after intelligence reports indicated that they were involved in fraudulent activities bordering on cybercrime.

Part of the charge read: “That you Uchenna Nwako, Ejikme Oluchukwu, Nnamani Ikechukwu, Ibeh Kodili Martins and Nwako Victoria Ifeoma sometime in November 2012 in Enugu, Enugu State within the jurisdiction of the Federal High Court of Nigeria, conspired among yourselves to commit an unlawful act to wit: obtaining money by false pretense and thereby committed an offense contrary to Section 8(a) and punishable under section 1(3) of Advance Fee Fraud and Other Fraud Related Offences Act, 2006.

“That you Nwako Victoria Ifeoma and Uchenna Nwako on or about October 18, 2012 in Enugu, Enugu State within the jurisdiction of the Federal High Court of Nigeria, concealed and disguised the origin of the sum of  N8,940,000 which is proceed of an unlawful activity by causing the said money to be paid into the Zenith Bank account number 1013144345 of Ifechina  Enterprises Limited, a private limited company jointly owned by both of you, and you thereby committed an offence contrary to Section 15(2)(a) and punishable under Section 15(3) of the Money Laundering Act , 2011 (As Amended).”

They however, pleaded not guilty, when the charges were read to them.
In view of their plea, the EFCC counsel, M. A. Ekwu, requested for a date to be fixed for trial of the accused persons to begin.
Defence counsel, A. Oyenkwere, however requested bail for his clients, which was opposed by Ekwu.

Ekwu argued that only Ikechukwu who had honoured the terms of the administrative bail deserved bail. Ikechukwu was thereafter granted bail in the sum of N1,000,000 with one surety who must be either a seasoned businessman that owns a landed property with a C of O, or a civil servant of Grade Level 15 or above.

The case was adjourned till May 13, 2015 for consideration of the bail application of the other accused persons, who were ordered to be remanded in EFCC custody.

Olusegun Obasanjo Foundation-Gate : Would GEJ have fired Anne Welsh?

Abraham - May 10, 2015
Dezieani Allison Madueke, it is understood, spent or is it spends 130 Million Naira monthly to maintain private jet for herself and her immediate family. The math was done and it totaled Tens of billions of Naira. A member of the House of Representatives passed a motion accusing her of the above. What we saw next? Deziani had gotten a court injunction stopping the house of reps from further investigating her. A sane mind'd fathom immediately that she is guilty as charged ( I mean whatever happened to a clear conscience fearing no accusation), but not Uncle Joe. He turned a blind eye which has now turned his trade mark.

Not long ago, Petrpobas, the NNPC of Brazil was rocked by a kickback scheme-a corrupt practice that almost brought Brazil to her knees. This scam saw more than 800 million dollars bribes by big construction and engineering firms in return for inflated contracts with petrobas .Brazil almost came to a halt, until heads began to roll. As we speak , more than 50 individuals have been charged, including a former president, leaders of the senate and lower house respectively. Contrast that to Nigeria where the current Emir of Kano it was who accused the NNPC (Headed by the same Deziani) of one of the greatest heist of all time on the Nigerian people. Instead of a proper investigation (PWC? common, they even told you that the “procedures we performed did not constitute an examination or a review in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards or attestation standards.”), Uncle Joe turned a blind eye. Till this day,It’s been business as usual, nobody is answering to anything even with the so called forensic report which clearly shows that there was a scam against the people of Nigeria-one perpetuated by human beings not ghosts.

Not long before the general elections, Saharareporters leaked a tape of the then minister of state for defence, Musiliu Obanikoro, in a conversation that indicted him of electoral fraud in Ekiti State. We awaited our C-IN-C’s reaction with bated breath. What we got? ‘’It’s all fabrication, why should I investigate something that is not real?’’. Oh my world, even children could allude to the authenticity of that tape. Musiliu Obanikoro (just like Abba Moro under whose watch some of our unemployed youths met their untimely deaths in the name of a sham called recruitment exercise), is still a minister in his cabinet as I type.

There was an argument albeit an unnecessary one on some social media platforms yesterday comparing corruption during GEJ’s regime to OBJ’s.  This was in reaction to a leaked tape again by guess who, saharareporters, which revealed that Anne Welsh, CEO of Olusegun Obasanjo Foundation OOF, plotted to launder money through the foundation for a cut of $900,000(Nine hundred thousand dollars).
For me, it is sad that Nigeria has been badly dealt with by her leaders that we now have to compare regimes with repect to corrupt practices. But then again if we have to argue or discuss that ,then OBJ's got nothing on GEJ.

I don’t like former president Olusegun Obasanjo. I have always thought him a cunning and even corrupt man. If not for the stance of this government on corruption, people like him should be coughing off what have been ripped up off us. in fact I, to a large extent blame him for the agony that has beclouded this country in the last 16 years. We tolerated his 8 years at the helm-8 years of no real good, but  foisting another 8 years of ineptitude firstly with a sick Yaradua and then a venal Goodluck Jonathan was the last straw for me. It is unpardonable, but then again, there is corruption and there is the Goodluck Ebele Jonathan's out-of-this-world kind of corruption. The last 6 years has shown us that this regime and corruption are inseparable. ‎Atleast under OBJ we witnessed some heads roll, not this one. Corruption became an arm of government and there is no disputing the fact that this regime would go down in history as one that watched it's people drown, stood by and enjoyed the show.

We just heard Anne was relieved of her duties immediately her deal with the two lebanese was found out late last year and then I thought to myself, would GEJ have fired Anne Walsh?‎ In your honest opinion, what do you think?

PS: This government had to get a parting shot for the parting gift it decided to give us after we booted them out. I mean, what sort of government becomes so heartless as to deny it's people Electricity and Fuel under this hot sun?
God is great for not allowing another 4 years of this ignominy. We would not have survived it.

South African Man Raped Repeatedly By Three Women Who Then Stole His Semen

Abraham - May 08, 2015
A South African man says he was forced into a vehicle at gunpoint by three women who then raped him, collected his semen and left him stranded in an open field.
The incident is the latest in a series of similar attacks in the country where groups of women have sexually assaulted men to collect their semen, The Star reported.

The 33-year-old victim told police he was stopped by a black BMW near Port Elizabeth by a woman. Another woman then pointed a shotgun at him and told him to get in the vehicle.

The women drove the victim about 300 miles away from Port Elizabeth and began fondling him. The victim could not become aroused so the women made him drink an “unknown substance” to aid him.

“They pointed at him with a firearm directly, a shotgun,” Constable Mncedi Mbombo told The Star. “They gave him something to drink, then they left him after they got the sperm.”

According to the Daily Mail, the women raped the man repeatedly. They then stored his semen in plastic bags and placed the bags in a cooler box.
Mbombo believes the suspects could be working as part of a syndicate dealing in semen sales. Times Live recently reported that prostitutes in Zimbabwe have been drugging their clients and repeatedly having sex with them to collect their semen.

The Zimbabwe prostitutes would then sell semen to sangomas, a group of traditional healers who reportedly use the substance in their rituals. The 250 milliliter bottles, about 8.5 ounces, of semen would reportedly sell for anywhere between $25 and $30.

Daily Mail reported that women in Gauteng have also been forcing men to drink an unknown substance and then stealing their semen. No arrests have been made.
Mbombo said they are taking the investigation seriously. The victim told police the incident left him traumatized, but local newspaper The Herald reported that officers laughed at him when he described the crime.

Martin Pelders, founder of a support group called MatrixMen that deals with men who have been sexually assaulted, said police in South Africa do not know how to address men who have been victims of rape.
“They don’t open cases, or they are encouraged not to open cases,” Pelders told The Star. “We need to change the way that we see rape in this country, there are male victims.”
Irin News reported that more than 25 percent of men say they have been raped in South Africa. Nearly half of those men reported being raped by more than one person, according to a 2009 study by the Medical Research Council.

Man Arrested After Returning Gold Chain He Stole At Gunpoint Because It Was Fake

Abraham - May 08, 2015
A Florida man who snatched a gold chain off a tourist’s neck and ran off was arrested after he came back to return the necklace because it was fake.
The incident occurred April 30. Daniel Palmer, 26, was armed with a handgun when he approached a group of friends on a South Beach sidewalk, Local 10 reported.

Palmer allegedly pointed his gun at a man, snatched a gold chain off his neck and ran off, police said. But the thief quickly realized that the chain was fake. He returned only a couple of minutes later in a white Mercedes-Benz to confront his victim about his fake gold necklace, according to an arrest report.

The victim, who was from New York, was able to flag down some officers and told them what car the suspect was in. Police said they attempted to stop Palmer, but he took off at a “high rate of speed.”
The chase did not last very long. Palmer was arrested and is being held without bond. He is now facing charges of armed robbery, fleeing and eluding police, reckless driving, and possession of a suspended license, CBS local reported.

Mugshots Of The Six Officers Involved In Freddie Gray’s Death Revealed

Abraham - May 02, 2015
Over a week since the death of Freddie Gray in Baltimore, Md. (April 19), the mugshots of the six officers facing criminal charges have been released.

Officers Caesar Goodson Jr., William G. Porter, Edward M. Nero, Garrett E. Miller, Sgt. Alicia D. White and Lt. Brian W. Rice, received indictments from involuntary manslaughter to false imprisonment. The rulings were handed down by the state’s attorney Marilyn Mosby earlier today (May 1).

It was reported that Gray, 25, suffered grave injuries while in police custody following an arrest on Apr. 12, during what’s being deemed as a “rough ride.” The brutal practice resulted in a severe spinal injury that led to his passing.

President Barack Obama also spoke out on Gray’s death, calling for justice to be served. Per ABC News, Obama stated:
It is absolutely vital that the truth comes out on what happened to Mr. Freddie Gray. It is my practice not to comment on the legal processes involved — that would not be appropriate — but I can tell you that justice needs to be served. All the evidence needs to be presented. Those individuals who are charged obviously are also entitled to due process and rule of law. And so I want to make sure that our legal system runs the way it should.

Buhari Said He Will Investigate Sanusi's Missing $20Billion Dollars Allegations

Abraham - April 27, 2015
President-elect, Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari(retd.), on Sunday said his administration would take a second look at the claim by a former Governor of the Central Bank, now Emir of Kano, Muhammad Sanusi II, that $20bn, that was supposed to be remitted by the NNPC to the federation account, could not be unaccounted.

Buhari said this while receiving a delegation of party supporters and newly elected officials on the platform of the All Progressives Congress from Adamawa State at his campaign office in Abuja.
The President-Elect, who spoke in the local Hausa language, expressed surprise that instead of probing the allegations by the former CBN governor, the authorities chose to fire him.
According to him, since Sanusi’s claim was documented, his administration will take a second look at the document when he assumes power on May 29th.

Buhari said, “On the issue of corruption, I heard that some people have started returning money. I will not believe it until I go and see for myself.
“You all know what the Emir of Kano talked about when he was the governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria. He said $20 billion dollars, not naira, $20 billion dollars, was unaccounted for; they said it was a lie. Instead of investigating it, they sacked him. And God in his infinite mercy made him the Emir of Kano. In any case, that is what he wanted. And since this was documented, the new administration will take a look at it.”

Nigerian Woman In Delaware Kills Husband For Sleeping With Sister

Abraham - April 27, 2015
Temitope Adebamiro, 35, a Nigerian, has been charged with killing her husband, Adeyinka Adebamiro, 37, over infidelity claims. The culprit told New Castle County police that her husband cheated severally on her, including with her sister and their nanny’s daughter. She, however, did not own to the crime, initially claiming her husband stabbed himself. Following a distress call from the couple’s 1300 block of Healy Court home early Thursday, the police said they found Adeyinka in a pool of blood and a knife pierced into his neck.

Adeyinka died some hours after then.

Temitope told investigators her husband had been cheating on her with various women and had ordered her back to Nigeria and back multiple times to enable him time to frolic.
Temitope, with who Adeyinka had two children, explained they had been married for more than 10 years, during which time she told investigators that he’d physically abused her, even while pregnant with their children.

She said husband sent her to Nigeria for several months, and upon her return in December, she had to stay in a hotel near the Philadelphia airport for four days because her husband refused to let her into their Red Lion home. He, later, paid for her to fly back to Nigeria for a few more months, and about this time, she learned that her husband had spent Christmas with the nanny’s daughter.

The husband later flew out to Nigeria and flew back with her to Philadelphia. As he showed her the cameras inside their home over his cellphone, Temitope saw the nanny’s daughter inside the home.
At one point, Temitope saw several texts and images in her husband’s phone, which she took pictures of using her cellphone. Some of the pictures included images of her sister and the nanny’s daughter.
Temitope said an argument ensued between them after he discovered the photos she’d taken on her cellphone and he began erasing them.

As he yelled at her, Temitope told police there was a power outage at which time she went to the kitchen until power returned. Investigators checked with Delmarva Power, which indicated no such power outage occurred at that time, police said.

Temitope then told police that when the power returned, she found her husband in the first-floor bedroom lying in the bed. As she got closer to him, she saw a knife on the ground which she picked up and took to the kitchen. As she put it away, she noticed blood on the tip and that’s when she realized that he was stabbed

Temitope has been charged with first-degree murder and other charges, arraigned and committed to the Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution where she is being held without bail.

Court Freezes 'Ms. Uboh' Former Lawmaker's Bank Account

Abraham - April 27, 2015
Justice Yunusa Mohammed of the Federal High Court in Lagos, capital of Lagos State, has ordered eleven Nigerian banks to freeze the accounts of a former female member of the House of Representatives, Doris Uboh-Ogunkoya.

The court order arose from a lawsuit filed against Ms. Uboh-Ogunkoya by Sterling Bank Plc, alleging that she and her company had defaulted on a substantial loan.

The lawsuit, which was filed by Dada Awosika on behalf of Sterling Bank, also lists the former legislator’s company, Dagasteel International Limited, as co-defendant.

Ms. Uboh-Ogunkoya was a House of Reps member from 2007 to 2011. She also ran unsuccessfully as a senatorial candidate of the Labor Party in the March 28, 2015 elections.

An affidavit by Mr. Tunji Bajowa, an official of Sterling Bank, disclosed that Ms. Uboh-Ogunkoya and her company received loans of $1,600,000 and N100 million to finance a contract awarded to Dagasteel by different bodies, including the Shell Petroleum Development Company (SDPC), the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), and the Pipelines and Product Marketing Company Limited (PPMC). Sterling alleges that both Ms. Uboh-Ogunkoya and her company did not service the loans.
Justice Mohammed’s ordered United Bank, First Bank, Zenith Bank, Enterprise Bank, Skye Bank, Heritage Bank, Keystone Bank, Mainstreet Bank, Union Bank, Diamond Bank, and Stanbic IBTC not to permit the defendants to make transactions on their accounts in the respective banks until the substantive suit was determined.

Teacher admits to sex with student, posts her joy to Instagram

Abraham - April 10, 2015
A teacher admitted to a judge that she had sex with a 16-year-old student, and hours later took to Instagram to post about her joy.
On Thursday, former Destrehan High School teacher Shelley Dufresne made a plea deal to avoid jail time in St. Charles Parish. She pleaded guilty to obscenity instead of the original charge of carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
The deal means she will not serve the three-year jail sentence she was facing and will not be required to register as a sex offender. The judge sentenced Dufresne to 90 days in a mental health facility and three years probation.
If she does not fulfill these terms, she must serve 90 days in jail in St. Charles Parish.
After Dufresne left court, she posted on social media a picture of her smiling with the caption "my mood today" followed by three smiling faces. It's unknown what Dufresne was posting about, but comments below suggest it had something to do with her name being in the news.
"She needs to be somber. I don't think this was a joyous day at all," Destrehan resident Lisa Young said. "I think for sure she would have had to register as a sex offender."
Dufresne also had her teaching license revoked as a part of the plea deal.
FOX 8 legal analyst Joseph Raspanti said Thursday's plea deal is common.
"I've had many clients in this position and I've negotiated down to something like this," he said. "The main thing is she didn't want to be someone who had to be a sex offender reporter for the rest of her life. That was the big benefit she got out of this."
The victim said the sex was consensual. Authorities said it happened at some point between Aug. 22 and Sept. 22 at a home in Montz.
In a separate case, Dufresne and Rachel Respess, 24, are accused of having sex with the same student in Kenner. That case is pending in Jefferson Parish.

Man Who Filmed South Carolina Police Shooting Speaks Out

Abraham - April 10, 2015

NBC News released footage on Wednesday evening of an interview with the South Carolina man who filmed the fatal shooting of 50-year-old Walter Scott at the hands of a North Charleston police officer.
“Mr. Scott didn’t deserve this,” Feidin Santana told Nightly News host Lester Holt. “There were another ways that can be used to get him arrested, and that wasn’t the proper way to do that.”
Santana said he was walking to work last Saturday when he witnessed the confrontation between Scott and 33-year-old Officer Slager.

“They were down on the floor before I started recording,” Santana recalled. “I remember the police had control of the situation. He had control of Scott. And Scott was trying just to get away from the Taser.”

Slager originally said that Scott reached for the Taser. The footage shows something dropping away from the officer as Scott runs away. Slager is then seen firing at him seven times, pausing, then firing an eighth time.

The officer is then seen ordering Scott — who is already laying on the ground after being hit several times — to put his arms behind his back, and handcuffing Scott. The footage shows a second officer arriving on the scene but failing to use CPR on Scott, contrary to an incident report on the shooting. Slager later drops the object near Scott, then puts it back in his belt.

“I knew right away that I had something in my hands,” Santana told Holt. He said he became emotional when he turned the video over to Scott’s family.

Slager was fired from the department and currently faces murder charges.
“It’s not something that no one can feel happy about,” Santana said of revealing Slager’s actions. “He has his family, Mr. Scott also has his family. But I think he [Slager] made a bad decision, and you pay for your decisions in this life.”

What You Don't Know About The Police Officer Who Killed Walter Scott

Abraham - April 09, 2015
Slager was named in a police complaint in 2013 after he allegedly "tased a man for no reason" before slamming him to the ground and dragging him, according to the North Charleston Police Department.

At the time, Slager was searching for a suspect who was described as being 5 feet 5 inches tall. The African-American man he confronted was 6-foot-3.

Slager was cleared in that incident. In a another complaint in January, he was cited for failing to file a report after an African-American woman called police because her children were being harassed.

Slager had worked as a waiter before joining the military, records show. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard from 2003 to 2009, according to a job application filed with the North Charleston Police Department. That application, filed in January 2009, said Slager had not been convicted of a felony in the past seven years.
Personnel documents describe Slager as "enthused" when he joined the force and said he demonstrated "great officer safety tactics" in dealing with suspects.

Slager's annual in-service mandatory training included a range of topics from first aid to firearms and Taser use. Slager passed his certifications. In August, Slager passed a firearms qualification.
From 2009 to 2014, Slager qualified in the use of his Glock firearm. He received and passed yearly training in "bias based profiling" and "ethics," the documents said.

He also was certified by the S.C. Criminal Justice Academy in March 2013 as having "met and successfully completed the in-service requirements" as a law enforcement officer. Slager completed a separate 10-hour "active shooter incident response training" course in December 2013.
According to the documents, Slager was involved in a "nonpreventable" traffic accident last year when a motorist with his car in reverse struck the officer's patrol car. The driver fled the scene.

Since graduating from the police academy in 2010, a supervisor twice noted in training reports that he "spoke with (Slager) in reference to certain procedures in reference to conducting motor vehicle stops and citizen contacts." No other details were provided.
Slager signed his oath of office with the police force on March 1, 2010, pledging to "faithfully serve the citizens of this city" and "never abuse my authority either by words or acts."
"I will enforce the law courteously and appropriately without fear or favor, malice or ill will, never employing unnecessary force or violence," the oath said.

Disturbing Video Of South Caroline Police Shooting A Black Man Surfaces

Abraham - April 08, 2015
A white South Carolina police officer has been charged with murder for shooting an apparently unarmed black man 5 times as he ran away -- and video has just surfaced of the horrific incident.

North Charleston Police Officer Michael T. Slager, 33, can be seen shooting 50-year-old Walter Scott after a confrontation on Saturday, according to The Post and Courier. Slager chases Scott and shoots at him eight times in the video recorded by a passerby and obtained by The New York Times.

Scott died there, though it wasn't clear if he died immediately.
The graphic video raises questions about Slager's original assertion that he used his gun because he felt endangered.

Sen. Tim Scott of South Carolina said on Twitter that he had watched the video and that "the senseless shooting and taking of #WalterScott's life was absolutely unnecessary and avoidable."

Rapper DMX Accused Of Robbing A Man In New Jersey On Easter Morning

Abraham - April 06, 2015
A man in New Jersey is accusing DMX of robbing him of thousands of dollars at a Exxon parking lot in Newark, early this morning. Newark police were called shortly after midnight by a man informing them of the crime, reports NJ.com. According to him, he encountered Dark Man X and his entourage and approached the rapper.
“The two had a brief conversation about rap music and during the conversation a male in DMX’s entourage, showed the victim a gun and demanded the victim’s money,”
Newark police spokesman Sgt. Ronald Glover said in a statement. The victim claims he was relieved of $3,200 by the rapper who snatched money out of his hand before fleeing in a convoy of four black Cadillac Escalades. The man reports he followed X’s caravan and was able to jot down a license plate which he turned over to authorities.
At this point this situation is strictly an allegation. The investigation is in it’s early stages and the identity of the assailant has yet to be confirmed by authorities who would not report on whether the license plate traced back to the Yonkers MC. X was slated to be in Jersey Saturday night (Apr. 4) performing at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center in Newark.

A Married Man Looking For Gay Sex On Craiglist Robbed And Killed By Woman Who Posed As Gay

Abraham - April 05, 2015

AtlantDaily Reports
This is yet another tale of a social predator using Craigslist to commit heinous crimes and even premeditated murder under the guise of an innocent business transaction.
When a recently-married Washington, D.C. lawyer solicited for gay sex through Craigslist, he unwittingly attracted sociopath Jamyra Gallmon, 21, for a fateful and fatal encounter.
The lawyer, David Messerschmitt, 30, useed Craigslist looking for gay sex in the man for man section. He soon received a reply from dcguy456 who wanted to meet for anal sex. The two set up a meeting time at a posh D.C. hotel for their rendezvous.
Messerschmitt prepared for the encounter and police found a computer, lubricant, condoms, cellphone and enema kit in the room. Unfortunately for Messerschmitt, who was a newlywed, the person who came was not a man at all. It was a black female named Jamyra Gallmon who camouflaged her appearance to look like a man.
According to the report, Gallmon entered the unlocked hotel room and eventually a violent episode popped off. Messerschmitt was repeatedly stabbed in the groin, chest and stomach.
Gallmon, according to the Washington Times, used zip ties and makeshift handcuffs to tie up and rob her victim.
Messerschmitt’s bloodies and battered body, which was still tied up, was discovered by housekeeping the next morning.
Thankfully, Gallmon was tracked down through the hotel surveillance video that showed her dressed like a man. Moreover, Gallmon did not do a good enough job erasing evidence of her being in the room with the murder victim; police found bloody fingerprintsl.
The case was solved when, after authorities tracked Gallmon down, the search warrant in her home turned up the very clothing she wore the night of the murder as well as the the tools to commit the crime — knife and zip ties.
Gallmon was arraigned April 2 on charges of first-degree murder while armed.

Pregnant woman's baby cut from womb when she answers Craigslist ad

Abraham - March 19, 2015
A stranger stabbed a pregnant woman and cut her baby from her womb when the victim answered a Craigslist ad in Colorado, authorities said.

Police were called to a home after a stabbing Wednesday afternoon in Longmont.
When they arrived, they heard a woman inside screaming for help, Longmont Police Cmdr. Jeff Satur said.
Officers entered the home and found the 26-year-old woman with stab wounds in the stomach. She told them she had been pregnant, and the baby had been removed, authorities said.

The victim was responding to a Craigslist ad to buy baby clothes from the suspect when the attack occurred, according to Satur.
"When she got here, she was assaulted and stabbed, and her baby was removed," he said.
The victim was transported to Longmont United Hospital, where she had surgery and is expected to survive.
In a strange twist, police said the suspect, 34, arrived at the hospital with the baby at the same time, claiming a miscarriage. The baby did not make it.
