Janice Dickinson’s Rape Allegations a ‘Complete Lie’- Bill Cosby Rep.

Abraham - November 20, 2014
Janice
Yesterday, model and America’s Top Model judgeJanice Dickinson joined the chorus of women accusing Bill Cosby of rape, telling Entertainment Tonight that the comedian drugged and took advantage of her.
Like every other allegation, Cosby has denied Dickinson’s accusations, but in this case, added that they had “documentary proof” that her story was a “fabrication.” In the interview, Dickinson also claimed that she had attempted to put the account of her rape in a 2002 draft of her autobiography, but that Cosby’s lawyers had pressured HarperCollins to quash it.
“Janice’s story accusing Bill Cosby of rape is a complete lie,” Cosby spokesman Marty Singer said in a statement:
“The only story she gave 12 years ago in her autobiography as well as her interview with the media was that she refused to sleep with Mr. Cosby and he blew her off,” says Singer. “You can confirm with HarperCollins that she never claimed Mr. Cosby raped her, that no attorney representing Bill Cosby tried to kill the story (since there was no such story) and no one tried to prevent anything she wanted to say about Bill Cosby in her book.”
The thoroughness of this specific debunking is different from other statements from Cosby’s team, in which they only said that “Mr. Cosby does not intend to dignify these allegations with any comment.”
