Manny Pacquiao, his manager and promoter were sued Tuesday by two fight fans who are seeking class-action damages because the boxer and his handlers failed to disclose that his right shoulder was injured before his fight Saturday against Floyd Mayweather Jr.

The suit, filed in federal court in Las Vegas on behalf of plaintiffs Stephane Vanel and Kami Rahbaran, alleges they were defrauded, and it seeks class-action status for anyone who bought tickets or the pay-per-view of the fight, or anyone who bet on the bout.

Mayweather won by unanimous decision. Pacquiao said afterward that in the fourth round he reaggravated an injury he suffered during an April 4 sparring session.

The lawsuit alleges the parties failed to disclose the injury to the Nevada State Athletic Commission and worked to keep it secret from fans who paid a minimum $1,500 to attend the fight in person and $99.95 to watch a high-definition broadcast of the bout.

Pay-per-view sales are expected to top $300 million for the fight and Las Vegas bookmakers last week estimated that up to $80 million would be bet on the bout. The live gate was valued at $74 million.

Floyd Mayweather sued by ex-girlfriend Josie Harris for $20 million

The mother of three of Floyd Mayweather's children filed a defamation lawsuit Tuesday against the boxing great, claiming he lied in a recent interview about her being on drugs the morning of a 2010 domestic violence incident.

Josie Harris is asking for $20 million in damages after the fighter told Yahoo's Katie Couric last month that she was on drugs and he was just trying to hold her back during the altercation.

Mayweather was arrested in September 2010 after authorities said he punched Harris at his Las Vegas home, where she was living with his two young sons and a daughter.

The fighter pleaded guilty 14 months later to a reduced charge of misdemeanor battery and two counts of harassment. He was sentenced to three months, and he served two.

Mayweather, who didn't immediately respond to CNN's request for comment on Tuesday, has denied he beat her.

Floyd said in September that there were "no pictures, just hearsay and allegations."

He told Yahoo's Couric last month: "Did I kick, stomp, and beat someone? No, that didn't happen. ... Did I restrain a woman that was on drugs? Yes, I did. So if they say that's domestic violence, then, you know what? I'm guilty. I'm guilty of restraining someone."

Footballer sacked after being filmed 'having sex with fan in dugout'

A Clitheroe striker from the eighth tier of English football (the wonderfully named Evo-Stik Division 1 North) has been unceremoniously sacked after being caught having sex in the dugout after a 4-1 defeat.

The opponents on the day were Mossley AFC and, as it happens, it was their annual ladies day at Seel Park.

Club chairwoman Anne Barker said: "Any players, while wearing a Clitheroe tracksuit, represent the club . We expect a certain level of behaviour and discipline. And that wasn’t it."

The player in question, Jay Hart, said: "I’m full of regret. I’d had a couple of drinks. I was away from everyone and thought I was hidden."

Hart was filmed having sex with the fan on top of the bench post game, his biggest mistake being that he was easily identifiable since he was still wearing the kit. Subtlety does not appear to be the man’s strong suit.

We are about six weeks away from the biggest fight in boxing history and both camps are in the process of turning up the dial on the training.

Floyd & Manny have slowly been sharing video or pics of themselves training for May 2nd, and it’s obvious the intensity is picking up.

Everyone already knows the dedication in which Floyd trains and he shared a video this morning of him training a little old school style, chopping some wood to strengthen his arms and overall core.

The Nigeria football family has again been thrown into mourning following the death of veteran Nigerian coach, former head coach of Nigeria’s U17 male national team,  Willy Bazuaye, who passed away Monday at the University of Benin Teaching Hospital in Benin City.


Willy Bazuaye has died after a 12-years battle with stroke in Benin on Monday.

He was aged 79.

The Edo-born tactician, who terminated his services with the Nigeria Police Force after 19 years to build a successful career in football, became a household name as part of the technical crew at the Atlanta Olympics of 1996 when he led the Nigerian gold-winning U23 team to victory.

Former Super Eagles striker, Yakubu Aiyegbeni and Kalu Uche have emerged as the highest paid Nigerian football players in the recently compiled report of Nigerian footballers’ earners list .

The new report, according to SuperSport, has it that the former Super Eagles striker, Yakubu Aiyegbeni and Reading FC of England striker, Kalu Uche who were formerly players in the oil rich Qatari club, Al Rayyan earn over $2.5 million each year.

Next in the list comes the Chelsea FC midfielder Mikel Obi and Sounder Seattle striker, Obafemi Martins who are earning $2 million per year. Emmanuel Emenike, the Fenerbahce striker is the fifth on the list considering his contract terms of ‘tax free’ at the Turkish club. 50 Cent to Bet $1.6Million On Floyd Mayweather Against Manny Pacquiao

50 cent and Floyd Mayweather sound like old friends again after 50 revealed he spoke with the champ last month at a Chris Brown concert.

50 said Floyd is super focused and he feels comfortable dropping some serious cash on him to win because he thinks the fight is actually going to wind up being an easy one.

In an interview with Power 105.1's "The Breakfast Club," the rapper said he's confident in Mayweather to win the fight scheduled for may 2, 2015 , which kind of speaks for itself when you bet $1.6 million on a fight.

"I can get mad at him. We can both get angry when we're not speaking to each other," he said. "…When we're not communicating with each other, it gets crazy."

Floyd Mayweather's Daughter 'Iyana' Involves In Serious Fight With Some Girls In School

So there is a video going around the internet, claiming to be Iyanna Mayweather, daughter of Floyd, and she is getting jumped by a couple of girls in school.

She seems like she inherited some of daddy’s skills because she is able to handle herself given the circumstances. The video is blurry, but Iyanna is allegedly the girl in the army green color shirt looking like she is fighting off two girls.

Shortly after the video started going viral, Iyanna went on her Facebook page to confirm it was her and lay out some warnings to the girls she was fighting. Hopefully this is the end of it.

I doubt the parents of the other girls involved are really gonna want this to become a bigger problem knowing who Iyanna’s father is. Might be in their best interest to make sure this beef is dead.

After all the hype and negotiations, Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao are set to do battle on the 2nd of May at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Mayweather's WBC and WBA welterweight titles and Pacquiao's WBO belt will be on the line at the MGM Grand.

Mayweather is unbeaten in 47 professional fights; Pacquiao has 57 wins and five losses from 64 contests.

The fight is expected to generate as much as £162m ($250m). The most lucrative fight in history is thought to be Mayweather's bout against Saul Alvarez in 2013, which made an estimated £97m.

Mayweather-Pacquiao is also expected to break the record for pay-per-view buys in the United States. The current record of 2.4m was set when Mayweather fought fellow American Oscar de la Hoya in 2007.

Here's what we know ... Floyd called up Obi Okeke at Fusion Luxury Motors around 2AM a few days ago and ordered up a clean white 2015 Rolls-Royce Wraith.

Okeke says Mayweather explained that he'd be giving the car to his daughter's mother -- because he wants the kid to "ride in style."

Okeke tells us he IMMEDIATELY started moving on the car -- and shipped it to Vegas later that day. 

"When his daughter and [the mother of his child] saw the car, they went nuts," Okeke says ... "They were so appreciative and thankful."

Floyd Mayweather Confirmed Once Again That He's Yet To Sign The Fight Deal Between Him And Pacquiao[Watch Video]

Floyd Mayweather has proven one more time his fight with Manny Pacquiao isn’t set in stone.

In an interview with David Aldridge yesterday (Feb. 15) at the 2015 NBA All-Star Game, Mayweather confirmed he hasn’t agreed to fight Manny —despite a recent report by The Telegraph stating that the two signed a $250 million deal for a fight on May 2 in Las Vegas. Mayweather revealed that the report, like many others that came before, were false.

"I haven't signed yet and he hasn't signed yet. It's just been speculations and rumors, but hopefully we can make the fight happen," he said of the alleged contract.

However, Mayweather did say that if a fight were to take place it would happen in May.

"We have to make it happen in May," he said. "I'm Mayweather."

Bruce Jenner Involve In Horrible Car Crash[Photos Of Accident Scene]

Former Olympic decathlon champion and reality TV star Bruce Jenner was involved in a fatal four-car accident in Southern California on Saturday.

Jenner was driving a black Cadillac SUV that was the third vehicle involved in a multiple read-end collision, Sgt. Philip Brooks of the sheriff's department said.

Eyewitnesses say Bruce rear ended the white car and that car went into oncoming traffic and was struck by the Hummer.  You can see the impact in the pics below provided by TMZ.  The woman driving the white car died.

Jenner family sources said Bruce was being chased by as many as 5 paparazzi at the time of the crash.  Bruce told cops he wasn't drinking and passed a field sobriety test.

Floyd Mayweather &pacquiao Bout Is A Done Deal

According to TMZ,
A source involved in the negotiations said both fighters have agreed to fight and a date and location (Vegas) have already been set.

The source says the formal agreement has not been signed, but everyone expects the signatures “soon”.  Negotiators are putting “finishing touches” on the deal.
Floyd Mayweather has agreed to fight Manny Pacquiao, the sources reported. … who say the two finally came to an agreement moments ago.
The two sides had been trying to hammer out a deal for a while to square off at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on May 2nd.
Manny had agreed to his contract weeks ago … and it was all up to Floyd to sign on the dotted line.
But now, after meeting in person at the Miami Heat game earlier this week … we’re told it’s a done deal .. and the two sides will make a formal announcement in the coming days.
