#Sheyiruns:Sisi Yemmie & Olori Supergal; Female Bloggers That Influenced My 2015

Abraham - August 24, 2015

I’ve got loads of bloggers in my head right now but I can only be sincere with myself, those I am about to mention are the ones that I have truly learnt one or two things from. They’ve impacted my life in the blogosphere in a very short time.

It would be a big fat lie if I claimed to have been following their posts for some years now. You know what it means when you say someone make an impact, It might not be the area of interest as expected but in all areas. Being a blogger has open my eyes to alot of things, Been to conferences, met with  professionals who are willing to share their ideas with me, not just on blogging alone.

Here, I have below the two female bloggers I’m loving and why.
1. Olori Supergal: You must have heard about her , seen her in magazines or heard her on radio. she’s a blogger and digital media strategist.

Olori is one of the few bloggers I respect in the blogosphere, my first encounter with her in person was at NEC(Nigeria Entertainment Conference) at eko hotel. Contrary to believe of many that bloggers may not be talented or industrious after all, they only build around the website clicks for views and unworthy attentions.

The Supergal has always been there to make a difference and has been able to build audience outside not as a blogger alone but by helping to improve the entertainment scene, Laws of copyright and awareness for rare skin problem like Vitiligo.
She’s been able to create the notion that not all bloggers are as dumb as their misleading headlines.

The ‘New Media Conference’ was an event organised by Olori, the conference was packed with exposure and enlightenment from copyright, new media and its evolution to impact of new media in this 21st century. Only someone with a lion heart could power that, not to mention the wonderful guests present at the conference. Check Details Here: My Moment At New Media Conference

2. sisiyemmie.com : Call her the Food Diva, Goddess of cook, now you know what I am saying. I almost ate the food from my laptop the 1st day I stumbled on her blog, The recipes were amazing.

Yemmie chose/…started with a rare niche –FOOD—and it has been more like a blessing to her. She’s a blogger, vlogger, and a mother of one .  Her prowess, passion and resilience was an inspiration, what most ladies would have seen as an excuse, Yemi carved out an opportunity instead. “Sisi Yemmie might be quitting the blogosphere anytime soon” was the thought of many after the wedding bell, but not her. She currently Vlog her day to day activities and post it on her blog.
Why not spare a minute …. checkout aunty Yemi recent interview on Punch, and guess what?…… She reads her husband’s Text messages:  I read my husband’s text messages — SisiYemmie
The emergence of new media has helped us grow over the years, bloggers, vloggers, facebook/ twitter/ instagram users becoming popular through viral post. See my list of top 10 youtubers who’ve managed to acquire millions of fans by making videos.
